Diane attended SW Washington Massage Therapy School and Clinic in Vancouver, Washington. After graduating, she arrived in Juneau, Alaska with her nine year old son for a two week kayaking vacation. During her time in the wilderness area of Burners Bay, the gorgeous nature of Alaska’s landscape enticed her to put down some roots and work as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist while raising her son.
The massage techniques she specializes in include: sports massage, deep tissue massage, Trager massage, pregnancy massage, labor and delivery massage support for home births and in hospital, Myofascial release and trigger point therapy. She enjoys helping other people feel their best and teaching people how massage therapy can be a crucial component to dealing with the daily stresses of life in general.
In her free time, she loves to explore the great Alaskan outdoors by being outside as much as she can. She enjoys taking photographs, skiing, hiking, boating and volunteering within the community with the search and rescue air crew. One of her favorite hobbies is sharing a camp fire on the numerous beaches of Alaska.
