Shelly has been an LMT since 2002 and is certified in Active Release Techniques, Graston, Cupping, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot stone, and many other techniques.  Each treatment is customized to the individual based on the needs and symptoms presented at the time of service.  She continually looks into new ways to break down the problem areas and provide a patient with ideas on how to improve their current situation.

When she isn’t working, you will find Shelly hiking with her dogs, biking, snowboarding, reading or enjoying a cozy campfire.
