Larry was raised in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. He spent a lot of time fishing, camping, hiking, swimming, kayaking and everything else there is to do along the beautiful rural southern coast of New England. Larry’s wanderlust brought him around the world with the help of the United States Air Force as a young man and then traveled for years along the east coast as a network communications engineer.
During a journey to change careers, Larry found his passion in physical therapy while working as a technician at an outpatient clinic for two years in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Larry graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2018 and has since enjoyed working with patients on their journey to recovery. Larry moved to Alaska in 2016 with his wife Leanna and their dogs Khodey-One Eye and Yukon Kush, as well as Sammy the Cat.
