Dr. Michael Gruenwald is an Orthopedic Specialist, who has been a Trauma and Orthopedic Surgeon for over 30 years.  Dr. Gruenwald has won the title “Best Doctor in America” every year since 2003, has taught and guest lectured all over the world, and now brings his expertise in pain management to Alaska.

Dr. Gruenwald loves to spend his spare time outdoors. If he is not hiking and exploring the majestic views Alaska offers, you will find him on the water fishing or capturing Alaska’s many wonders through the lens of his camera.  He is also an excellent soaring pilot.
