Dr. Lindsay Sullivan

Dr. Lindsay Sullivan was raised moving all over the country. She was born on the West coast and eventually settling in the East coast and growing up in Tampa, Florida. Her interest in physical therapy arose at a young age when she herself was in need of physical therapy due to multiple sports injuries. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology, with a specialization in Exercise Science from the University of Florida in 2014. After graduating, Lindsay promptly moved across the country to attend the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017.

Following graduation, Lindsay decided to continue to embrace her vagabond upbringing and became a traveling physical therapist. She began working in a variety of different practice settings in different states, ultimately bringing her to Juneau. This friendly and beautiful town has won her over and she is excited to settle down and join the community.

Traveling has provided Lindsay with a unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients and quickly gain invaluable experience in the field. Lindsay is a strong advocate for physical therapy as a steadfast tool to aid and empower patients in overcoming their pain and sustain their overall health through physical function. Lindsay understands the impact that pain can have on overall well-being and emphasizes a holistic treatment approach to optimize long-term management. She is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her patients to reach their personal goals and return to their healthy, happy, and pain-free lifestyles.

In her free time, Lindsay is usually practicing what she preaches and enjoys staying physically active, taking advantage of the beautiful Alaskan outdoors. She particularly enjoys hiking, kayaking, yoga, boxing, and snowboarding. Her biggest passion continues to be traveling and she finds great joy in using her clinical skills to aid the developing world on various international medical teams.
