Licensed Massage Therapist in Alaska

Valerie

Specializing in prenatal massage and myofascial release techniques, Valerie is passionate about helping patients find lasting relief and improved quality of life through therapeutic massage. Her treatment approach focuses on supporting recovery, reducing pain and tension, and helping patients move and feel better long-term while complementing the chiropractor’s care plan.
Valerie’s journey into massage therapy began from personal experience after being involved in a car accident as a teenager. Massage therapy played an important role in her own recovery, inspiring her to pursue a career where she could provide that same level of healing and support to others. She completed her massage therapy training through Alaska Career College, graduating in May 2023. Originally from Dillingham, Alaska, Valerie brings a calm, caring, and compassionate presence
to the clinic. Her strong connection to Alaska and passion for helping others naturally carries into her patient care, where she strives to create a comfortable and supportive environment for every individual she works with. Outside the clinic, Valerie enjoys fishing, camping, volunteering with Southcentral Therapeutic Riding, Inc., and exploring her love for fiber arts. She enjoys making her own yarn, knitting, and crocheting — creative hobbies that reflect both her patience and attention to detail. Valerie is also a proud Navy veteran, bringing dedication, resilience, and a strong sense of service into both her personal life and patient care.  Book a session with Valerie at Arctic Chiropractic & Physical Medicine to experience her
