Dr. Sheena Pio

Dr. Pio was born in Honolulu, HI, and grew up in Anchorage, AK, where she developed a strong appreciation for health and physical mobility. Her chiropractic journey began in 2012 when she started working as a chiropractic assistant. After seven meaningful years in that role, she felt a deeper calling to pursue chiropractic more fully.

Her faith played a pivotal role in that decision, guiding her to step out in courage and follow a path of purpose rather than convenience.  For six years, she read the quote, “Following the path of least resistance leads to crooked men and crooked rivers,” as part of her daily routine because it was one of the epigrams on her walls. One day, it struck her differently – challenging her to take a harder, more meaningful path. That moment of clarity helped solidify her decision to pursue chiropractic as a calling, not just a career.

She chose Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA—the fountainhead of chiropractic—where she deepened both her clinical skills and her commitment to helping others heal. After graduation, she remained in the Midwest and had the privilege of helping many patients realize their fullest potential through quality chiropractic care.

Her approach to care focuses on identifying the root cause of each issue and providing practical, personalized solutions to help patients take charge of their health. Now, she’s grateful to be back in her home state, serving the wonderful community of Petersburg, AK. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, Losi and Reno, traveling, and continuously learning and growing both personally and professionally.
