Roisin was born and raised in Anchorage and has been part of the Arctic team since 2016, working as a massage therapist at locations in Anchorage and Barrow. 

She gained her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the University of Montana and attended Alaska Career College shortly after to earn her certification in Massage Therapy.  She is passionate about health and wellness and appreciated the mind-body philosophy integral to each massage session. “Pain can take as much of a toll on the mind as it can the body, and massage is a unique therapy capable of encouraging healing in both.”  She loves sports massage, having grown up dancing competitively, racing Mt. Marathon on the 4^th, and serving as a member of the U.S. Army Reserves.  But she enjoys the craft of combining techniques to best individualized care for each case that walks through the door.   She values working alongside Chiropractors and physical therapists as a massage therapist.  It inspires her love for learning and helps her understand how massage can be utilized in treatment plans to achieve effective results.  She is excited to be back in Barrow serving the community at the top of the world and is motivated to knead, roll stretch, and compress you back into your healthiest self!
